Hey people, it's been a long time since I last updated.
I've been busy these few days. I failed my combined humanities and Miss Chai talked to me about the
P-E-E-L 'formula' for SS. Lol. Jeez, I gotta buck up!
Had the first ever Chorus Line practice with
Miss Monica Toh, who,
unfortunately, is our vocal trainer, on Monday. I met Miss Chu at the second floor open space and she asked me if I could go for the practice for awhile, to let the vocal trainer to know me. I agreed so I went to the drama room. It was such an expected 'welcome' that I got from
Miss Monica Toh. The first thing she said was, "Yes, what do you want?" in an airy tone. I told her I came for the practice. She went, "What's your name?" I told her my name. She's like, "Si Min? Your practice is on Friday. Not today." I told her about Miss Chu. She gave me the Miss-Chu-did-not-mention-about-this look and said, "Okay, nevermind, come in." So I went in.
Looked around and saw Serene, Cherie, Kevinn, Nico, Jon and Fara. They were all standing. The Jon told me to get a chair from the back. I didn't wear my specs so I can't see things clearly and I took a chair from the stack
behind the piano.
Miss Monica Toh was like, "Aiyah, why are you taking chairs from there? There's one in front!" I was like, "Huh?" Then I went to the piano front and saw it.
Miss Monica Toh said something like, "Are you blind?"
And after all the less than an house practice, I had to rush back for guzheng. I told
Miss Monica Toh bout it and she's like, "What? For what?" I said, "We are having a competition soon, SYF." It's so damn hard to get facts into her head! Lol.
Nico and I saw her just today, after the Mayor and press' visits. Nico saw her first. Then he rushed over and said, "Turn around, see
her?" I turned around and cos I didn't wear my specs (
F.Y.I, I don't wear my specs in school anymore, in case you're wondering why, I just take them out from the box when it's lesson time) I couldn't see her. Then I saw her walk towads the drama room with Mr Charlie Tan and Nico and I were like,
"Shit! Don't let her see us!" Lol.
The mayor's visit for the environmental thingy was okay. We rushed ALOT. The SCs, I mean. Sya, Murni, Amelia, Yu Wen and Juveline (I think) went to rush and print out infos bout recycling. We
rushed like crazy to find that we've got no paper to print on and the printers aren't working. Lol. But all went well, thank Goodness. =)
